add first img degradation strat

• add first architecture for "Degradation" (to handle the social networks' "attacks" we want to reproduce),
• add text (emoji-compatible) to an image with ImageMagick subprocess,
• add tests.

We may refine the "API" (to position text, handle fonts, etc) later on when we will have more perspective on our use cases.
