Resolve "Resize : crop or pad"

Gaspard Defréville requested to merge 21-resize-crop-pad into main

Resize images to get a square shape with the following methods:

  • crop
  • "resize" : upscale, downscale
  • pad
    • BORDER_CONSTANT seems to be the most realistic, do we need more ?

Square shape may be the more suitable shape to different apps' formats, and customizing format may not be usable nor useful for analysis purposes
