Detectors and meta-detector updates for open source release

Victor Amblard requested to merge FastDetect-MetaDetector into main
  • implementation for 3 detectors (Binoculars, FastDetectGPT and XLMR-DetectGPT) that includes a patch for the submodules and a class around it
  • MetaDetector that runs all detectors to get an aggregate score for given text
  • documentation that the idea behind the implementation and how to install an to use
  • tiny main.py to execute the MetaDetector from a .txt file
