Binoculars and XLMR new architecture + rebase main

Benoît MARION requested to merge slimmer-patches into remove_patches
  • rebase the code on the last version of main
  • add the new architecture for XLMR and Binoculars detector to have the slimmest patches possible.
  • minor modifs on FastDetect: subprocess error/warning catching, moved preprocess as the default base method, linting and fix on submodule
